Underwater Massage

The underwater massage is given to a guest lying in a bath at 37 °C. The massage can be full body or partial, in the form of a hydro massage bath or manual. The intensity of the massage can be changed by adjusting the nozzles or by changing the angle or distance of the water jet. The massage relaxes stiff muscles, partially the joints and relieves pain. It is not suitable for varicose veins, osteoporosis, cardiac problems, shortly after operations, skin diseases and general exhaustion. The procedure lasts 20 min.

Bubble Bath with Additive

A bubble bath is a bath in water at a temperature of 36-37 °C, saturated with oxygen, fed to the bottom of the bath. The oxygen bubbles rising to the surface of the water act as a micro-massage of the body surface. The bath has a sedative effect, also soothing effect. The soothing and relaxing effect is enhanced with the addition of magnesium salt. The addition of Dead Sea salt has a positive effect on the musculoskeletal system and the skin. The procedure lasts 20 min.

Whirlpool Sitting Bath

The whirlpool sitting bath (for women only) is a gentle massage with whirling water of isothermal temperature (36-37 °C). It is a partial bath, with application to the lower limbs, which improves blood circulation to the limbs, activates skin receptors, relaxes the muscles and joints. The procedure lasts 20 min.
